So I called them last week and they said they would charge me so much. I then decided to call another company (which I should have done before). The repair person came out and checked everything and said all 3 shocks were blown and leaking oil and that the washer was not level and was off by quite a bit. This was all from the washer not being installed correctly and off level. When I called Sears re this they said my warranty kan zijn expired and that I would have to pay for them to send a repair person to check it. They were not helpful in any way. It worked great. We bought it a while ago and it still runs like new. We have a family of 5 and it works great. We use it every day. Wouldnt trade it for anything. So reliable we havent had any issues with it een momentje with daily use for a family of 5. We have 3 dogs and it does great with the dog hair also.
